Scanacon's CADOS systems interface with the finishing lines main distributed control system (DCS) to provide automatic continuous acid dosing based on production rate. CADOS may be interfaced with a Scanacon acid analyzer to provide precise control of acid concentrations that acid addition based on production data (tonnage, surface area) alone cannot provide.

In addition to the CADOS control module, Scanacon can also engineers and suppliers “purpose built” equipment necessary for bulk acid storage and handling, recipe storage and dosing.
